Yes! All the designs on the 'Order Now' page are available right now! You can even add a personalised message to make it your own!
Yes! If you would like your own design then please fill out the contact form and we can get this organised for you! You can submit images and personalised messaging as well as any preference for colours/designs for the rest of the bottle. I will always let you know the expected turnaround time at the stage of booking. I always send images for your approval before I dispatch the bottle to you.
Pre made bottles can be shipped almost straight away (unless you have requested a personalised message). Custom orders usually take 3 weeks to create but this can be longer in busy periods
Yes! Express Custom orders are possible for a small fee ( This feature may be removed during busy periods)
Yes! I will always send finished images before shipment to make sure you are happy with your Kiwi
Ready made orders can be placed anytime! I take custom orders up to 2 months in advance
I always put a lot of time and care in to every Kiwi as I really enjoy creating special gifts for people! As they are hand made items there is always a level of ‘imperfectness’ as this is what makes each one unique and special!
The bottles are sealed when purchased and not opened or altered in any way that affects the contents.
As all designs are bespoke and made to order, refunds or returns are not available once a design has been approved and production has begun. I will always send images for approval prior to delivery.
